The OUTSIDE FAIR is "FREE" to the Public.  
It is a WALK-THRU Tent Fair visit with Health Care and Information Technology vendors.

The OUTSIDE FAIR  is a "TENT Fair" held at James Beckum Park, 900 W. Brown Street, Milwaukee, WI  53212.  It is an open and well-manicured 11.6 acre park located in a densely populated residential area of entrepreneurs, employed, under-employed, retired seniors, young adults and children.  It is close to neighborhood businesses.  

Catering  Exhibitors will provide refreshments.

FEE

The INSIDE SUMMIT has a "FEE".   

It is held at a newly renovated and historic Big Eazy Catering and Conference Center, 2053 N. Dr. Martin Luther King Drive, Milwaukee, WI  53212.  The Affordable Health Care Briefing conference will be held in the Louis Armstrong room with Meet-N-Greet in the French Quarter room.

The Big Eazy Catering and Conferencing Center and James Beckum Park are located about a 1/2 mile from each other.

Continental Breakfast, lunch and break amenities come with SUMMIT fee.

The SUMMIT space is limited and is well-suited for health care providers, health care practitioners, suppliers, policy makers, financial providers, attorneys and small business owners.

The 2 1/2 days are chock-full with state-of-the-art topics for decision makers and stakeholders on all sides.

Wisconsin is a Federally-Assisted Exchange.

We welcome decision makers and representatives of neighborhood businesses, small business chambers, churches, fraternal organizations, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, associations, freelance entrepreneurs, schools with health care training, foundations, legislators and researchers to the table to LEARN-SHARE-NETWORK-CREATE.  Our presenters and panelists are hands-on and state-of-the-art.

Essential Health Benefits: 

Affordability and Adequacy in Wisconsin

The Affordable Health Care Act, known as the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA), provides Wisconsin and all states of the United States insurance plans offered through state insurance exchanges as well as non-grandfathered plans offered in the individual and small group markets.  Each plan is required to include the EHB/Essential Health Benefits.

The three (3) types of Exchanges are:  1) State Exchange, 2) Partner Exchange, and 3) Federally-Assisted Exchange.

Wisconsin has a "Federally-Assisted Exchange".  It is an Exchange for the state but ran on behalf of the state of Wisconsin by the federal government.

Governor Scott Walker chose to not lead the state in a Wisconsin Exchange created wholly by Wisconsin or with a partnership with the federal government (partnership).

Our focus is to kick-off census tract and neighborhood level engagement of participants at all levels of this conference in the congruency of Wisconsin Federally-Assisted Exchange.  To assist in the framework and the definition of the markets.

To lay the foundation for Milwaukee Professionals Association LLC Consumer Protection Group commitment the next 3-5 years for the tweaking of Wisconsin's Affordable Health Care benefits, public policies and education that creates a pathway and pipeline of healthy health options and cost containment.
