    FEDERALLY-ASSISTED EXCHANGE
Due to a lack of "bandwidth", for the next two-three years, the federal government will only implement one (1) insurer for health care for businesses that are provided the Federally-Assisted Exchange model rather than multiple choices for insurance carriers within an organization.

Wisconsin is a Federally-Assisted Exchange state.

State, National and International organizations are invited to become partners with MPA LLC for innovative service delivery from 1-5 years to help ensure that URBAN health care in the largest city of Wisconsin is a national model for implemented Affordable Health Care with investment in the infrastructure.

MPA LLC "URBAN POPULATION" model for short- and long-term care focuses on basic and chronic illnesses with health management and cost containment starting with the beneficiaries and service delivery hospital-clinic-after care-home care being a partner for intervention and prevention.  Education and Information Technology attainment is part of the BOLD innovative reform for successive implementation of delivery of services.

We place an intricate focus on health care 1-64 years, with special emphasis on seniors 65 and older and vetted small businesses at the census tract and neighborhood level.
